Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.
✤ GENERAL
You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.
Do not trace, copy or edit the artwork.
Commissions are not first come, first serve. I'll be only choosing the requests I can work on.
I might decline commission requests if I'm not comfortable or it's beyond my abilities.
I might use the artwork for promotion purposes (commission examples, portfolio). In case you don't want your commission to be posted, please let me know in the request form.
✤ PAYMENT & FEES
Prices are in USD and payments through Paypal invoice.
Full payment is required to start the artwork.
Partial payments can be discussed for commercial works.
Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.
All listed prices are for personal use only, unless I state the inclusion of commercial fee in the commission's type details.
✤ COMMERCIAL USE
Tier 1: Price x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Music videos, VTuber branding, digital goods).
Tier 2: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (Ex. stickers, prints, acrylic charms).

✤ REFUNDS
Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.
If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund.
✤ COMMISSION PROCESS
Send your order form to [email protected] for inquiry.
I accept your commission request and send the invoice.
After payment, I'll start the sketch and send it to you for revisions.
Revisions and sketch edits.
After the sketch being confirmed, I'll proceed to continue the piece and send the finished files to your email.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
For direct and faster communication, Discord is an optional way to check the updates. Feel free to ask the ID if your request was accepted.
Be sure to provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)
Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).
I usually take from 2 weeks ~ 2 months to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.
Please be patient, you can check my Trello to track your commission. I always update it.
✤ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
The artist:
The artist retain all the rights for display, advertising the work on websites, SNS, portfolio, etc.
The customer:
The customer may use the artwork for display on SNS with no direct monetization, which can be banners, profile pictures, posts, or any print that is only for personal use.
If customer bought the commercial rights, artwork can be used for promotional/streaming purposes/digital goods or merchandise.
Credit must be given to the artist when commissioned artwork is being used on SNS.
The customer can not modify or alter the artwork.
The customer can not claim the artwork as theirs (like if they did the work), customer only has the ownership of the commissioned artwork.
The customer can not use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.
The customer can not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI. If done, customer will be instantly blacklisted.

＞ If you break the TOS rules, you will be blacklisted for future commissions.

✤ When did you start drawing?
Since very little, but I started doing it seriously in 2009, which also includes my first time posting art online.
✤ Can I draw your OCs?
Yes, of course! no permission needed. Fanarts are always welcome.
✤ When do you open commissions?
I don't really have an exact date of openings since I tend to accept work in private. I encourage future clients to still ask for inquiry even if my commission status figures closed. Depending on my workload and type of commission, I might accept your request. Of course, if my status figures open, the possibilities are higher.For commission opening notifications, I recommend joining my Discord server and follow my VGen.

In case of persons copying/heavy referencing my art (which is beyond of just "inspiration") please do not notify me. This unfortunately happens very often and there's nothing I can do. I just hope they find a better way to do things.In case there's a website selling traced or stolen artwork, please do tell me and report them if possible, helps people to not be scammed.
