You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.

Commission inquiries can be sent through mail or Twitter DM (if mutuals).

Commission requests can be also done through Ko-fi and VGen if available.

I reserve the right to decline the commission if I can't fulfill or I'm not comfortable with the request.

If I declined your request, please do not insist or spam my mail.

Prices are in USD and payments through Paypal invoice.

Full payment is required to start the artwork.

Partial payments can be discussed for commercial works.

Commission will be cancelled if the invoice isn't paid within 72 hours without explanation.

Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

All listed prices are for personal use only, unless I state the inclusion of commercial fee in the commission's type details.

FEES:

Booking a slot in the waiting list: I'll charge a 10% in advance of the total price of your commission to save your slot. This will be charged if you request when my commissions are publicly closed.

Privacy fee: I'll charge an additional 20% of the total price. This means that I won't be posting wips/finished work, nor streaming the process of your commission request until a certain date. (Ex. Birthday gift, VTuber debut). This must be stated by the commissioner in the order form.

TYPE A: Price x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Music videos, VTuber branding, digital goods).

TYPE B: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (Ex. stickers, prints, acrylic charms).

Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.

If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll refund 100%.

After reading the T.O.S and selecting the type of commission you want to request, go here, fill the form and send it to the indicated mail.

I reply to mails in a span of 1 to 3 days, although it might take longer if I'm full of work, so please be patient. If I don't reply you can re-send it, just please do not spam.

If you're requesting when my commissions are publicly closed, an advance fee will be charged, then you'll be added to my waiting list if accepted. I'll contact you when I'm ready to start your commission.

Invoice will be sent, and after payment I'll start with the work.

Important notes:

Be sure to provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)

Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).

AI generated references will be declined.

Once I accepted your commission request and payment is done:

For direct and faster communication, Discord is an optional way to check the updates. Feel free to ask the ID if needed.

You will be updated with WIPs in the sketch and render phases of the commission. Limited revisions can be made in each one.

Lineart / flat color phase WIP will be provided only if asked.

Any minor or major revision has to be told in the sketch phase (confirmed pose, expression, composition, etc) so the render phase will go smoothly.

Some additional revisions/changes will be charged depending on the quantity or difficulty.

Mistakes by my part such in sketch and render phase will be fixed for free, but not if it was caused by unclear references sent by the commissioner.

Final piece will be delivered through a Google link where you can download it.

Turnaround time:

I usually take from 2 weeks ~ 2 months to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.

Please be patient, you can check my Trello to track your commission. I always update it.

I, as the artist, hold all the copyright of my artwork. so I may:

Post the commissioned artwork to my social media as portfolio or with advertising purposes (Unless privacy is stated in the commission request)

You are not allowed to:

Modify or alter the artwork.

Use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.

Use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Use the final piece in AI generators. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.
