Commissions are not first come, first serve. I'll be only choosing the requests I can work on.

I might decline commission requests if I'm not comfortable or it's beyond my abilities.

I might use the artwork for promotion purposes (commission examples, portfolio). In case you don't want your commission to be posted, please let me know in your request.

Payments are through Paypal invoice, VGen or Ko-fi

Full payment is required to start the artwork.

Partial payments can be discussed for commercial works.

Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

All listed prices are for personal use only, unless I state the inclusion of commercial fee in the commission's type details. (Ex. Stream resources category)

Tier 1: Price x2 for promotional/streaming purposes (Ex. Music videos, PNGtuber, digital goods).

Tier 2: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (Ex. Acrylic charms, standees, prints).

Once the commission starts there’s no refund so please stay aware of this before requesting.

If for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission, I'll do full refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

For direct and faster communication, Discord is an optional way to check the updates. Feel free to ask the ID if your request was accepted.

Be sure to provide complete references of your character. (Ex. fullbody, base colors, details.)

Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).

I usually take from 2 weeks ~ 2 months to finish a commission. Depends on my workload, commission type and complexity.

Please be patient, you can check my Trello to track your commission. I always update it.

The artist:

The artist retain all the rights for display, advertising the work on websites, SNS, portfolio, etc.

The customer:

The customer may use the artwork for display on SNS with no direct monetization, which can be banners, profile pictures, posts, or any print that is only for personal use.

If customer bought the commercial rights, artwork can be used for promotional/streaming purposes/digital goods or merchandise.

Credit must be given to the artist when commissioned artwork is being used on SNS.

The customer can not modify or alter the artwork.

The customer can not claim the artwork as theirs (like if they did the work), customer only has the ownership of the commissioned artwork.

The customer can not use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.

The customer can not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI. If done, customer will be instantly blacklisted.

All design/adoptable sales are only for personal use unless stated otherwise.

Please credit @nihellie when using, re-uploading any of my artworks on any social media.

Any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI tools are prohibited.

Co-ownership is not allowed.

Payment must be sent within 24 hours after auction ends.

Payment plans are available only if it's stated on the design post itself.

There's no refunds once you've purchased the design. Serious buyers only.

Be serious when you bid.

Do not remove your bidding comment while the auction is still live.

There will be a 30 min snipe ward if the bids go non-stop last minute of the auction.

New accounts (be TH or any social media where I shared the adopt info) are not allowed to place any bid. In case you participated and won the auction, the adopt will go to the previous bidder who fits the rules.

Please only bid if you already had purchased art/adopt before.

You will have the ownership of the design/adopt once purchased, but I retain all the rights of my art and designs.

Adopt's design can be slightly changed as long as the adopt is still recognizable. You can DM me to discuss and make those changes. In case you do the editions, do not alter/edit the main artwork.

PERSONAL USE: All adopt's price already includes personal use license.

COMMERCIAL USE: Adopt's price multiplied x2 (Ex: adoptable ($50) + commercial rights = $100) | For merchandise is multiplied x3.

Gift/trade/resell is allowed. In case of reselling, do not sell the design/adopt higher than the original auction's price, unless there's additional commissioned art involved.

Please notify me in case the design/adopt is being sold/gifted/traded outside of Toyhou.se. This is to avoid the design being sold to any blacklisted users. No notification is needed if published on Toyhou.se.

If the design/adopt happens to be sold/gifted/traded to any of the blacklisted users, I will take the ownership of the design/character and the client will be blacklisted.

Copying, heavily referencing my art/art style and selling commissions with it since 2021 (to present day) even after privately telling them to stop.

Defamation, gaslighting, heavily accused me as a harasser because of people noticing them copying and their strange behavior.

Tried to befriend me after I find out her tracing my art, which led me to insta block. She kept trying to keep up on my sns/commission me after that for 2 years straight.
